Renovation of a mixed-use development in Durham, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

Parking Deck Repairs - includes the design and construction administration for miscellaneous repairs to existing parking decks across campus. Repairs include but are not limited to those identified in the January 2019 UNC Charlotte Parking Decks Condition Assessment Report and will require validation of report findings and additional review /investigation as needed to identify all required repair and maintenance work The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
