Site work and paving for a civil project in Silverthorne, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following work: Full depth reclamation of approximately 16,000 SY of roadway, re-grading and preparing for asphalt pavement surfacing. Provide, place and compact approximately 6,000 LF of asphalt pavement surfacing to a depth of 5-inches. Remove and replace a 24" diameter Reinforced Concrete Culvert Pipe. Perform all work in accordance with the specifications provided. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated portal. Due to COVID-19, Bidding Documents will only be available online and will not be physically available for pick-up at the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
