** As of 1/13/2025 project will rebid. No definite date for rebid.** This project includes the following items of work: * * Rock scaling along approximately 2550 LF of Heeney Road. Questions are due December 6, 2024. Responses will be posted on December 10, 2024. Direct all inquiries to: Alice Gustafson, Project Engineer Road & Bridge Department (970) 668-4203 alice.gustafson@summitycountyco.gov All bids shall be accompanied by bid guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base proposal bid. The bid guarantee shall be acceptable and payable without exception to Summit County with a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond. Rock scaling along approximately 2550 LF of Heeney Road. Priority areas have been identified in the attached documents, Exhibit A and Exhibit B. It will remain up to the contractor to determine where such methods are most appropriate to mitigate rockfall in the future and thus protecting County Road 30 (Heeney Road
