As of January 27, 2022 , any person or company may obtain the tender documents, plans and specifications and other documents relevant to the project, from the distributor Electronic Tendering System website. OPINION : The School Service Center does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, without compensation or any other form of liability towards the tenderers. Subject to the provisions of the Regulation respecting construction work contracts of public bodies. Bid Bond 10% is required.
