The Ocean Springs School District (OSSD) is requesting bids by school site for the upgrading and replacement of wireless network infrastructure equipment at the following 6 schools. Magnolia Park Elementary, Oak Park Elementary, Pecan Park Elementary, Ocean Springs Upper Elementary, Ocean Springs Middle School, Ocean Springs High School. OSSD is additionally requesting bids by site for the upgrading and replacement of wireless network infrastructure equipment at the following 5 sites. E.H. Keys Alternative Education Center, OSSD Central Office, OSSD Operations Department, OSSD Athletics Facilities, and OSSD Technology Department. It is the Ocean Springs School District's intent, pending funding approval by E-Rate and available district funds, to utilize the Service Provider Invoice (SPI) method for vendor reimbursement from USAC. In addition to issuing this RFQ, OSSD has posted a Form 470 with USAC for E-Rate discounts. The Bidder hereby agrees to provide an E-Rate Spin number and aid in the application preparation for E-Rate funding. The Bidder hereby agrees to all E-Rate requirements and payment terms included in the specifications and as required for the E-Rate Program. In the event that E-Rate discounts are not approved, the District reserves the right to cancel any or all of the equipment purchase awarded as a result of this RFQ. Bidder also agrees to a multi-year contract in the event E-Rate funding is not awarded.
