Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and educational facility.
Project no- 11843.01P Project Estimate: $4,600,000 Sacramento City Unified School District ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the construction for the Hiram Johnson HS - Stadium Lighting/Bleachers/Concession-Restroom Buildings and Plaza Project ("Project"), in accordance with the lease-leaseback structure set forth in Education Code section 17406 et seq. Construction of new stadium entrance, lighting, bleachers, and concession-restroom buildings. The work associated with the purchase and installation of two (2) prefabricated modular buildings on a permanent foundation include but are not limited to the following key features: 24x40 PC basis of design 1.25:12 dual pitched integrated roof 9' Finished floor to ceiling height Roofing - 26 Ga. G-90 standing seam with colored roof panels (Kynar or equal) 3-coat stucco exterior Schedule 40 downspouts (thick-walled pipe) Overhead Door OHD model 651 series. Stainless steel rolling counter door - mounting interior face of wall. 22- gauge No. 4 brushed finish. Stainless steel bottom bar, locking bolts, and guides. Hood is 24 gauge stainless steel No. 4 brushed finish. Window Sizes 6'0" x 4'0".
