Demolition as required for modified HVAC system. -Construction of new Dental Program facility, including new gypsum board partitions, architectural casework, suspended acoustic tile ceilings, carpet, vinyl flooring, paint, and other finishes and construction as identified on the documents. -Coordination of installation and provision of final utility connections to new dental equipment which will be supplied and installed under a separate contract. -New plumbing, vacuum, electrical, lighting, and low voltage lines supplying new dental equipment and reconfigured spaces, including a new piped medical gas system. -Modification of the existing HVAC and sprinkler system for reconfigured spaces.
