Renovation of a multi-residential development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
For fire protection and alarm system upgrades. Q/A Cutoff Date: 08/11/202210 Q/A Cutoff Time: 03:00 PM CDT SCOPE OF WORK/TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The MPHA is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide the following detailed services: 1.1 Required Services. The Contractor will provide all material and labor to complete the construction work detailed herein and within any applicable attachments most specifically within Attachments K and K-1. 1.1.1 Additional Scope Details. The construction scope shall also include: 1.1.1.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for any patching, painting, all fire caulking including penetrations, and ceiling work that is required as part of the sprinkler install; 1.1.1.2 The Contractor shall include the contractor management of any moving activities. The MPHA has an existing contract with Class Act Trucking and Moving that will be utilized if during construction activities there is a need for moving services of a tenant's belongings within an occupied unit. 1.1.1.3 The Contractor shall verify the coverage of sprinklers currently found in the common areas. Contractors may attend the pre-bid or make an appointment with the MPHA Project Manager, Tim Pilgrim tpilgrim@mplspha.org. 1.1.1.4 The Contractor may request AutoCAD backgrounds from the MPHA Project Manager.
