The documents will be available from Friday, January 28, 2022 , only through the government-approved electronic tendering system , subject to fees and charges established by electronic tendering system. To access the call for tenders, please visit electronic tendering system website . Only tenders prepared on the forms provided by the City of Mercier will be considered. The municipal council of the City of Mercier does not undertake to accept either the lowest or the highest or any of the tenders received, without incurring any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
