This call for interest is rather a publication aimed at exploring the service offer available in a specific market in a targeted territory. No price should be given in the documentation that will be provided. In context The CISSS de la Montérégie-Est carries out a large number of projects and modifications to its facilities. Updating all building plans is difficult on an ongoing basis. The exercise has been started but an external mandate is required to help expedite the work. Goals The CISSS de la Montérégie-Est would like to receive applications from firms or resources with the skills required to update plans on Autocad. The plans must be produced with the most recent version of the software. Initially, only the architectural plans are covered. The firm or the resources retained must be able to move between the buildings to carry out surveys, photos, measurement and to note the occupation of these in order to update the existing basic plans. A secondary goal is to produce an exhaustive list of premises and their use in order to help the real estate planning team in their search for solutions when requesting spaces. People assigned to this work must submit a CV that will allow us to assess the skills of the resources submitted. An internal resource from the technical department will be assigned to follow up on the progress of the file. She will be available to answer questions and specify the elements required during the preparation of the plans. The CISSSME owns a real estate portfolio of 37 buildings including 3 hospitals, CLSC service points, CHSLDs and youth centres. We are also present in an equivalent number of rental buildings. The mandate(s) must begin in March 2022 and be completed within the year. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
