The territory of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION covers the cities of Longueuil, Brossard and Saint-Lambert. The Works required must be carried out in accordance with the Quotation, according to the prices indicated in the Price Schedule. The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received. The Bidder must accompany its Bid with a bid bond, in the lump sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00), issued in one of the following forms: a bond, a letter of guarantee irrevocable, certified cheque, money order or bank draft in favor of the PUBLIC BODY. If this Bid security is in the form of a bond, the Bidder must also attach to its Bid a letter of undertaking signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a guarantee of the obligations of the CONTRACTOR for wages, materials and services, each in the lump sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00). If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the Bid guarantee can only be given in the form of a bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee.
