LEGAL NOTICE The Millcreek Township School District will accept separate sealed bids for the following: Pavement & Concrete Replacement District Wide Bid The Millcreek Township School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, in the best interest of the School District. The School District also reserves the right to waive defect in form Paving and Concrete work throughout the district refer to specifications for additional information A. Bituminous Concrete Paving Extent of required paving work is defined in the Project Scope of Work. Estimates provided in the scope of work are only estimates and do not represent an exact quantity of work. Additional details related to the scope of work shall be explained out in the field during the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Contractor is responsible for determining the full extent of work prior to bidding the job. Any question on the scope of work should be brought to the attention of the district prior to bidding. B. Contractor shall be responsible for the proper disposal/recycling of all construction debris, demolition materials, etc. If the use of a dumpster is required, the contractor shall be responsible for the cost associated with the dumpster. Location of the dumpster on the site shall be coordinated with the District. CONCRETE WALKWAYS-
