Note- henry county reserves the right to accept or reject all quotes or parts of member Quotes, waive informalities and requote. Henry County Public Schools Nutrition Department seeks Requests for Quotes for two projects for new serving lines, one serving line at each of two high schools, per the attached drawings and specifications. The schools are located at the following addresses: Magna Vista High School, 701 Magna Vista School Road, Ridgeway, VA 24148 Bassett High School, 85 Riverside Drive, Bassett, VA 24055 Equipment specified in this request for quotes will be purchased if the projects are selected for funding in the FY 2021 Competitive NSLP Equipment Grant Application due February 16, 2022. Equipment awarded must be purchased, set in place, and funds paid to the vendor no later than June 30, 2023 under the requirements of the USDA FY 2021 NSLP Equipment Assistance Grant. The vendor must ensure that the process of final approval of project drawings and placement of orders with the manufacturer happen in a timely manner to ensure completion of the project. Pricing provided on the IFB must be honored for a period of 120 days to allow for the VDOE selection and approval process.
