Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a 40,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for the addition of a 11,780-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; 7,200-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.

Work will include renovation of an existing 40,000 SF Two story facility with a 11,780 SF addition . The building will house the Gulf Shores Police Department, holding area, and Court facilities. A 7,200 SF premanufactured metal building for vehicle storage will also be constructed on site under this contract. Accepted Bidder: Provide a Performance bond in the amount equal to 100% the Contract Value within 10 days of Notice of Award. Accepted Bidder: Provide a Labor & Materials payment bond equal to but not less than 50% of the Contract amount and shall be provided within 10 days of Notice of Award. The Bond shall include payment of reasonable attorneys fees incurred by successful claimants in civil actions
