Renovation of an educational facility in Sudbury, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com SCOPE OF WORK 1. Remove existing rooftop ERV unit complete with roof curb, disconnect gas line, electrical wiring, disconnect Siemens Control. 2. Install one (1) roof-mounted ERV unit complete with roof curb, outdoor ductwork, ductwork roof curb, add new diffusers/grilles. Balance air system after work completion. 3. Extend gas line to new ERV units. 4. Existing roof mounted ductwork to remain to be raised to 30" H above roof level. Provide new ductwork supports and insulation and jacketing patches. 5. Upgrade existing BMS Siemens Control system to accommodate new ERV unit via BACNet gateway, space heating radiation panels, modify graphic package to suit. 6. Modify existing roof structure to accommodate new rooftop mounted ERV units as per structural drawing. 7. Install three (3) heat pump system (air to air) in the gym area. Condensing units to be installed on the roof area on structural frames. Exposed refrigerated piping and wiring within the Gym/Stage area to be installed in the enclosures. Connect units to the Siemens Control system via BACNet LG thermostats. 8. Replace existing washroom fans (2) with new product. 9. Wire new ERV unit, radiation panels control valves, GFI outdoor receptacle, three (3) heat pumps to the existing electrical services. Modify electrical installation as required to suit. 10. Perform any other work required by this contract.
