Site work and paving for a road / highway in Little Rock, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Pulaski County, Arkansas has requested Federal assistance from The U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) for the construction aspects of 7,500 linear feet new north-south spur which would serve as the primary rail service for the south Port area. The rail construction will include the earthwork, ties, ballast, sub-ballast, rail hardware, and turnout. The north end of the railroad spur will tie to the existing Little Rock Port Authority (LRPA) network and extend south to Thibault Road. The southern terminus at Thibault Road will allow for the rail spur to be extended further south as LRPA continues to acquire property. Site maps are provided as an attachment on the Pulaski County ARBid portal. The new railroad spur will be operated by the LRPA. Pulaski County reserves the right to reject any or all statements received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
