Renovation of a medical facility in Belle Glade, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Health Care District of Palm Beach County, Florida (hereinafter the District), is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to build the Foundation and Vestibule for a modular building to house a GE MRI Device. All RFI concerning the RFP process and/or the subject of this RFP should include the RFP# and title in the subject line and must be made in writing to: Raul Gutierrez, Supply Chain Manager Health Care District of Palm Beach County 1515 N. Flagler Drive, Suite 101 West Palm Beach, FL 33401 rgutierr@hcdpbc.org The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals including, but not limited to when (1) such rejection is consistent with this RFP and in the best interest of the District; or (2) if the proposal contains any irregularities; provided, however, that the District reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities and to accept the most responsive and responsible proposal as determined by the District consistent with the scoring criteria.
