Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Belle Glade, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This is a Community Development Block Grant Project Federally funded from U.S. HUD (Secretary of Housing and Urban Development) and administered through the Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Development to perform construction renovations at the City of Belle Glade Airport Park. Davis-Bacon & Related Acts, including wage rates, will apply to all construction work performed on this project. Palm Beach County requires the use of an online Labor Compliance Reporting System for all contractors and subcontractors This is a Section 3 project and all Section 3 requirements per 24 CFR Part 75 apply. Small, women-owned, minority, Section 3, and/or disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to bid on this project. Scope of Work: Renovations to include Airport Park buildings, Exercise Trail and Basketball Court.
