The Health Care District of Palm Beach County, Florida (hereinafter the District), is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to build the Foundation and Vestibule for a modular building to house a GE MRI Device. Flagler Drive, Suite 101 West Palm Beach, FL 33401 rgutierr@hcdpbc.org The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals including, but not limited to when (1) such rejection is consistent with this RFP and in the best interest of the District; or (2) if the proposal contains any irregularities; provided, however, that the District reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities and to accept the most responsive and responsible proposal as determined by the District consistent with the scoring criteria. Final Date to Submit Written Inquiries (Respondents) February 14, 2022 Final Date to Issue Addendum (District) February 16, 2022 Evaluation Team Meeting February 22, 2022 Presentation/Interviews (Optional) February 24, 2022 Estimated date of award February 28, 2022 Public Construction Bond in the amount of 100% of the Work Order Guarantee.
