British Columbia Lottery Corporation ("BCLC") is the Crown Corporation that conducts and manages commercial gambling in British Columbia in accordance with the Gaming Control Act (BC) and the Criminal Code. B.C. Lottotech International Inc. ("BCLII") is a wholly owned subsidiary of BCLC. If the RFP is issued by BCLII, references to BCLC throughout are deemed to be references to BCLII. The purpose of this negotiated request for proposal (RFP) is to receive proposals from vendors that can provide the following critical electrical infrastructure maintenance, emergency and monitoring services: . Maintenance and emergency response for the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) (Kamloops Office and Vancouver Office); . Maintenance and emergency response for the building critical electrical distribution equipment including: power transformers, critical transfer switches, moulded case circuit breakers and surge protection equipment (Kamloops Office Only); and . Electrical power system monitoring software and support (Kamloops Office and Vancouver Office). Response must be submitted on the BCLC Bonfire Portal by the Closing Time.
