This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for General Contractor Services for Civic Projects, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The estimated aggregate value of projects will average $1,500,000 annually; however, the value is based on historical and future requirements, unforeseen developments may cause the value to increase or decrease. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with options in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for additional term(s) of up to four (4) additional years.
