Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Kamloops, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 48,211-square-foot, one-story above grade, 510-seat educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The scope of work under this contract includes a one-storey new school of approximately 4,464 m2. Site works generally include: compacted subbase for the school structure with civil, landscaping, mechanical, electrical services, geothermal and demolition/site clearing. Bid documents and all amendments will be posted on BC Construction Association (BCCA) BidCentral Online Bidding System. No printed drawings and specifications will be provided. 1 - Deadline for RFI submissions is Thursday February 24, 2022 @ 5pm 2 - Final Addendum will be issued Friday February 25, 2022 *B.C. government is contributing $34.84 million towards the project. *Award amount was not released for publication.
