This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Asphalt Surfacing Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The City is seeking a Contractor who will work collaboratively with the City and other stakeholders to provide Asphalt Surfacing Services. The City estimates an approximate annual value of $4,500,000; however, the aggregate value is based on historical figures and operational requirements. At any time, the actual worth is subject to change and unforeseen developments may result in an increase or decrease. The term of the agreement will commence July 1, 2022 until November 30, 2023, with four (4) options in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for additional term(s) of up to one (1) additional year.
