The City of Lakeland Is Seeking Turnkey Proposals From Well-qualified and Experienced Turbine Condenser Maintenance Contractors to Perform Mechanical and Coatings Scopes of Work on the Condenser Waterboxes at Larsen Power Plant, in Lakeland, Florida as Specified Below in Section 3. The Mechanical Scope Is an Effort to Mitigate Cooling Water in-leakage to the Condenser Hotwell. The Coatings Scope Will Further Seal the Area. Questions regarding this invitation to bid should be in writing and should reference the above Bid number.
