Contract Award Date: Apr 11, 2022 Contract Award Number: 1240BH22D0001-0006 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: HK41BJ6W7X39 Contractor Awarded Name: Cargill Fence Company LLC Contractor Awarded Address: Diamond, OR 97722-9328 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $1000.00 The USDA Forest Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the initial award of multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Livestock Fence Construction across USDA Forest Service, Pacific NW Region 6, Oregon and Washington. Individual projects may include construction and/or reconstruction of livestock, range or wildlife fences. Related work may include, but not limited to, the following: construction of 3 or 4 strand barbed wire fence; removal/disposal of damaged or unusable fence; clearing of fence line Right of Way (ROW); and providing new fencing materials. Specific projects will be awarded via Individual Project Task Orders as they are developed. Location of work will be identified per Task Order. The selection process, and evaluation criteria to be addressed, will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download exclusively via https://www.sam.gov on or about 02/14/2022. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award without discussions, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest. The Government may award up to 15 contracts as a result of this solicitation. The minimum guarantee is $1,000 per contractor over the life of the contract and the maximum aggregate ceiling is $7,000,000 across all contracts. Contract performance time is from date of award through 5 years. Note: Per FAR 52.204-7(b)(1), System for Award Management (SAM), an Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment for any contract resulting from this solicitation.
