Project Location: Meadows Elementary - 18009 SE Brooklyn St, Portland, OR 97236 Parklane Elementary - 15811 SE Main St, Portland, OR 97233 Patrick Lynch Elementary - 1546 SE 169th Pl, Portland, OR 97233 Powell Butte Elementary - 3615 SE 174th Ave, Portland, OR 97236 District Offices (9400 sf) - 18135 SE Brooklyn St, Portland, OR 97236 Project Description: The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management and site supervision as required to complete all scope of work described in the project specifications. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening. No Bid will be considered unless it is in complete accordance with the instruction to bidders and is submitted upon the official bid form provided to prospective bidders (included in the bid documents). Questions can be directed toward Scott Rose of R&C Management Group at scott@randcmanagement.com The bid security shall be payable to the Owner or a bid bond executed by a bonding company acceptable to the Owner and licensed in the State of Oregon on the form included with the Bidding Documents or on an acceptable and equivalent form. Within twenty-four hours after the issuance of the Owner's notice of intent to award the Contract, and prior to the date of execution of the Contract, the Bidder shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the Owner of its ability to obtain statutory bonds covering the faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder in the form and amount prescribed in the Contract Documents. The cost of such bond shall be included in the Base Bid.
