**As of April 21, 2022, project was awarded to Park Construction Company, awarded amount is $299,289.56** The Major Quantities of Work are: Mobilization Lump Sum 1 Mill Bituminous Surface Sq Yd 38 Type Sp 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (2,b) Ton 4632 Traffic Control Lump Sum 1 4 Solid Line Paint Lin Ft 18527 Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidders Bond made payable to the Township as a proposal guarantee for at least 5% of the amount of the bid. No Bidder may withdraw their bid (which shall include the Certified Check or Bidders Bond) within 15 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Township will consider award of the contract at the March 28th, 2022, meeting contingent upon Engineer review. It is the Townships Intent to begin and complete construction in the year 2022. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
