Site work for a civil project in Zimmerman, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For Water Supply Improvements The work includes the construction of approximately: 1. A 1,000-gpm pressure filtration water treatment plant 2. Concrete reclaim tank 3. Chemical Feed systems 4. 400,000-gallon elevated storage tank 5. Associated electrical and controls together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, Responsible Contractor Certification, and provisions of the Public Facilities Authority Drinking Water Revolving Fund. This project is exempt from Buy America Build America (BABA). The WORK to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The WORK shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly shown or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the WORK in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the CONTRACTOR as though originally so specified or shown, at no increase in cost to the OWNER.
