Renovation of a residential development in Sumter, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Estimated budget: $350,000 - $375,000 All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 (TCA 62-6-119) with all bid submittals conforming to the State of Tennessee requirements. All bidders shall provide evidence of a license in the appropriate classification before a bid can be considered. Reference is made to the Instructions to Bidders for Contracts contained in the Project Manual for further bidding information. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: As scheduled on the drawings to include: Replacement of water heaters, ceramic tile floors, conversion of existing tubs to "walk-in" tubs, rear porch replacement, and laundry mat conversion as scheduled on the Drawings
