The purpose of this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") is to solicit proposals and ultimately enter into a pricing agreement/contract between the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City ("HASLC") and as many as three (3) qualified, licensed, and insured firms to provide (as needed) Flooring Services at all of HASLC's twenty-five (25) residential housing properties as listed below, to include all applicable services listed on the attached Scope of Service. The agreement/contract will be for an initial term of one (1) year-- March 01, 2022, to February 28, 2023--with the option to extend for up to three (3) additional one-year terms. Minority, Women, Veteran, and Tribal owned businesses are encouraged to apply. Questions Due 02/04/2022 by 4:00pm MST Minority, Women, Veteran, and Tribal owned businesses are encouraged to apply. Contractors with questions related to this project may submit questions in writing via email to pwellington@haslcutah.org on or before February 04, 2022. 4:00 PM HASLC reserves the right to review and award to a singular proposer or any combination of proposer's that are in the best value interests of HASLC.HASLC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informality or irregularity in the IFB, whenever it is in the best interest of HASLC to do so. HASLC may use deductive alternates in the proposal procedure to comply with budget limitations.
