Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bountiful, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of a new park at the site of a former elementary school. Proposed amenities include: field spaces, restroom building, pavilions, pickelball courts, court lighting and fencing, new parking lots. Installation of new irrigation systems, modification of existing irrigation system, landscaping installation. Demolition of existing park facilities. New site lighting equipment. 1. Late Contract Time Completion: Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each day or part thereof that expires after the Contract Time until the Work is accepted as Substantially Complete as provided in Article 56 of the General Conditions. . Late Punch List Time Completion: 50% of the amount specified for Late Contract Time Completion for each day or part thereof if the Work remains incomplete after the Punch List Time. The Punch List shall be considered delivered on the date it is transmitted by facsimile, email, hand delivery or received by the CONTRACTOR by certified mail. Anticipated date of Start of Construction: July 21, 2022. Substantial Completion shall occur no later than 120 days from notice to proceed Question Submission Close Date 6/6/2022 12:00 PM MDT
