This project involves the construction of an elevator lobby and 3-story, exterior, elevator shaft for a new hydraulic (holeless) elevator. Work includes site work, Select demolition, concrete footings, concrete slab on grade, masonry, structural & miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, EPDM roofing, fire stopping, joint sealants, fire-rated expansion joint/covers, foundation insulation, HM doors & frames, gypsum systems, ACP, ceramic tile, resilient tile & base, painting, FEC's, room signage, hydraulic elevator, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Site Contractor to include saw cut and removal of the concrete walkway as required for the 2' wide electrical trench. Include excavation and backfill. Also, include (8) concrete car stops and (2) bollards at the front parking lot. Include building excavation, backfill, and slab prep.
