Recycled Water Conversion The Work involves furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct new Recycled Water Conversion including but not limited to offsite and on-site improvements, backflow preventer, demolition, grading, excavation, backfill, concrete, landscape repair, and irrigation conversion. Construct all new off-site work as shown on the construction plans The Work must be completed within 70 calendar days, or less, from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed BIDDERS WILL HAVE UNTIL 10:00 A.M.
