Elementary School - Additions and Improvements The project includes the construction of a new approximately 9,566 sf elementary school addition on to the south end of the existing elementary school on existing District owned property. Construction consists of pre-engineered metal building structure on concrete slab with shallow footings on an engineered building pad. Exterior finishes include brick veneer, prefinished metal wall panels, and standing-seam metal roof. Interior finishes include concrete masonry walls and metal stud walls with painted gypsum board; acoustical ceiling tiles and grid; ceramic tile, carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile flooring (with accent colors and waterjet logo); custom millwork cabinetry; and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as detailed in the contract documents. One bid alternate for renovation of approximately 1,066 sf of existing elementary space is also included.
