Renovation of an educational facility in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
One-Two Sentences This Multi-phased project consists of replacement of the existing steam infrastructure on Main Campus at East Carolina University. The specific area of Main Campus is from the 14th Street Steam Plant to an existing College Hill steam manhole adjacent to Ballard West (Gateway Residence Hall - West). STATE ID NO.: 18-19104-01A Last Day for Contractor Questions: 07/18/2023 The replacement line will be re-routed to be fully on East Carolina University property with a single crossing under a NCDOT Right-of-Way (14th Street). The replacement steam system will be a Class A type (Drainable, Dryable & Testable) pre-insulated piping system with an HDPE protected, foam insulated, steel conduit assembly. New steam manholes shall be statically ventilated with electrically driven sump pumps.
