As the Lead Planning Agency for the Greenville Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), the City of Greenville, NC, is seeking letters of interest from qualified engineering and/or planning firms to develop a Bicycle and Pedestrian Crossing Feasibility Study Report (FSR) for 10th Street between Dickinson Avenue and Evans Street. We seek qualified professional service firms to develop the 10th Street Bicycle and Pedestrian Crossing Feasibility Study. Questions must be submitted to the person listed above no later than noon on March 25, 2022. Proposed contract time : June 2022 through October 2022 This will be a Lump Sum contract. The City of Greenville reserves the right to award to the Firm who will best serve the interests of the City. The City also reserves the right to waive minor variations in the specifications and in the bidding process, as well as to accept in whole or in part such proposal(s) where it deems it advisable in protection of the best interests of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
