Alternate 1 - Sand Volleyball Court Installation including: Site clearing, excavation and grading; 136 linear feet of new storm sewer; sand volleyball court installation (sand, equipment, underdrain). Alternate 2 - Second Sand Volleyball Court Installation including: Site clearing, excavation and grading; sand volleyball court installation (sand, equipment, underdrain) The work includes a base contract and two (2) alternates for the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings, as described in the Specifications and as outlined above. All awarded work shall be completed within 60 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed.
