Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Lyons, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 32,600-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility.

County of Wayne will receive sealed bids for painting of approximately 32,600 square feet of fiber cement board siding at the Wayne County Nursing Home located at 1529 Nye Rd, Lyons, NY 14489 The County of Wayne shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by a vendor that were not directly issued to that vendor by the Purchasing Department. Any vendor submitting a bid based on incomplete or inaccurate information resulting from documentation received from any third party, shall not have cause for relief from award or completion of a contract in accordance with the official documents on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. It is HIGHLY suggested that all vendors interested in participating in this bid, contact the Purchasing Department directly at the above address or telephone number to assure they have received the most accurate and up-to-date material concerning this contract. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
