The new facility includes six (6) ambulance garage storage bays, first responder living quarters, administrative offices, conference and training space as well as other miscellaneous support spaces. The Work is entirely new construction and will be awarded in four (4) prime construction contracts including: General Construction, Plumbing Construction, Mechanical Construction and Electrical Construction contracts. The project work includes: site work, new utilities, concrete, masonry, structural steel, cold formed metal and wood framing, finished carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, firestopping and sealants, roofing, light gauge metal framed gypsum board partitions, interior millwork, doors, frames and hardware, glazing, interior finishes including flooring, ceilings and walls, specialties, signage, built-in furnishings; domestic water and sanitary plumbing; mechanical HVAC systems; electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, security, access control, and communications integration with campus systems; exterior site improvements as well as other miscellaneous work as described in the contract documents. questions must be received in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
