Work includes but not limited to removal of existing interior walls, exterior doors, all mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment and abatement. Framing out and installing 6 new overhead doors, floor patching and infilling, interior framing, HM doors and hardware, new plumbing fixtures and HVAC equipment, updating existing electrical panels, priming & painting, floor coverings and other work indicated in the Contract Drawings.
