CITY OF LIVERMORE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #4243 FOR: AIRPORT NOISE COMPLAINT AND FLIGHT TRACKING SYSTEM NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Livermore's Municipal Airport is requesting qualified contractors to submit proposals for providing an Automated Airport Noise Complaint and Flight Tracking System per City's specifications and all other terms and conditions. The Livermore Municipal Airport (LVK) is a general aviation reliever airport located in the greater San Francisco Bay Area averaging 170,000 operations per year, with noise sensitive communities in the vicinity of the airfield. The LVK Airport is seeking proposals from vendors with the following capabilities: (1) Flight Tracking Software, (2) Public Flight Tracking Portal and Complaint Management, (3) Data Analytics and Report Generation in accordance with the specifications and conditions specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP) #4243 issued by the City of Livermore. Documents are available online at www.publicpurchase.com under City of Livermore, the vendor must register to be a vendor under City of Livermore at no cost, all addendums to the RFP will be sent to vendors through this system. All questions should be asked through the Public Purchase system under the question/answer section. All proposals must be submitted on the form(s) provided, enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly identified with RFP number (4243) and title, name of bidder and date of opening to preclude premature opening. Sealed proposals (3 sets one original and 2 copies) shall be delivered to the Purchasing Specialist, City of Livermore, 1052 South Livermore Avenue, Livermore, California 94550 on or before 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 15th, 2022. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, and THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC OPENING. The City of Livermore reserves the right to award or reject proposals in part or in whole and on any basis, it deems in the best interest of the City. This RFP will be awarded to the vendor whose response represents the "Best Value" to the City of Livermore.
