Work of this contract includes removals and repair of spalled/delaminated concrete of canopy ceiling, overhangs, columns and the exterior concrete restoration of building facades and demolition / PCB abatement work. All work on this Contract is to be completed during University at Albany scheduled summer breaks only and within 770 calendar days, starting five (5) calendar days after the contract approval date of the New York State Comptroller. All work shall be in accordance with construction drawings and specifications. Contractor must be able to secure a performance bond for the full amount of their bid and should be prepared to anticipate a value in excess of $4,000,000 for this project. Please note that this project is exempt from the Wicks Law.
