The Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) by this announcement is making public notification in compliance with Article 4-C of the Economic Development Law of the following Project: PIN: ARN.21.003 Project Name: Arena Locker Room Improvements Project The Arena Locker Room Improvements Project involves the renovations of Locker Room #3 and the transformation of the existing Carpenter's Shop into Lock Room #4 and other miscellaneous related improvements in the 1932 Rink/Jack Shea Arena, and the installation of additional showers in the Hockey Locker Rooms, and renovation of the existing Figure Skating Locker Rooms in the 1980 Rink/Herb Brooks Arena and the USA Rink. In general, the Project involves, temporary storage & shop systems, demolition, minor excavation, installation of rubber athletic flooring, painting of walls and ceilings, installation of new locker systems and the renovation of locker room wet areas including new restroom areas, ADA compliant upgrades, and replacement of door and door hardware systems, and all associated electrical, plumbing and HVAC infrastructure. The proposed Project will be delivered in multiple Contracts. These Contracts shall involve the procurement and implementation of goods/materials and services which will include: Owner procured goods and materials, owner installed goods and materials, contractor procured services via the Design-Bid-Build framework and/or contractor procured services via Job Order Contracting*. *Job Order Contracting - Job Order Contract procurement shall be let under separate NYS Contract Reporter Publication. Currently, there are no Bidding/Contract Documents available, this announcement is to develop a bidders list for all goods/materials of $25,000 or less or to issue a min-bid to responding vendors for goods/materials between the value of $25,001 and $250,000 after MWBE and SDVOB participation can be identified. This announcement will be used for services of the value of $100,000 and less, and used to identify MWBE and SDVOB participation in service/construction contracts greater than $100,000.
