Renovation of a medical facility in Artesia, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 800-square-foot medical facility.
Pursuant to Procurement Code 13-1-111 NMSA 1978 and 13-1-124.4.B, Artesia General Hospi- tal (AGH) is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) utilizing the three step process; Qualifications Statements (step 1), issuing a Request for Proposal to Short-Listed Finalists (step 2), and interviewing said Finalists (step 3) Description of Project: the Project Consists of the Interior Renovation of Approximately 800 SF of Currently CT Scan and Adjacent Imag- Ing Suite Spaces in the Artesia General Hospital. The CT Scan Room Will Be Renovated and Expanded to House a New Hitachi CT Scanner. Adja- Cent Spaces Are Renovated to Accommodate the Larger CT Scan Room. The Equipment Will Be Provided by Others and Not Part of This Scope.
