Renovation of a medical facility in Artesia, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 800-square-foot medical facility.
Pursuant to Procurement Code 13-1-111 NMSA 1978 and 13-1-124.4.B, Artesia General Hospi- tal (AGH) is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) utilizing the three step process; Qualifications Statements (step 1), issuing a Request for Proposal to Short-Listed Finalists (step 2), and interviewing said Finalists (step 3) Description of Project: the Project Consists of the Interior Renovation of Approximately 800 SF of Currently CT Scan and Adjacent Imag- Ing Suite Spaces in the Artesia General Hospital. The CT Scan Room Will Be Renovated and Expanded to House a New Hitachi CT Scanner. Adja- Cent Spaces Are Renovated to Accommodate the Larger CT Scan Room. The Equipment Will Be Provided by Others and Not Part of This Scope. Any questions concerning the General and Contractual Conditions of the bid shall be directed to Jeremy Kern, AGH Project Manager, jkern@artesiageneral.com.
