Renovation of a water / sewer project in Mount Vernon, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Mount Vernon is accepting bids for removal and replacement of HVAC equipment at the Mount Vernon Public Works Wastewater Facility. The City of Mount Vernon is an equal opportunity employer. The City of Mount Vernon reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, revise or cancel the work, complete the work by other means, or postpone the project. The Contractor shall complete the work within 30 working days of the notice to proceed. The scope is intended to include removal and replacement of HVAC equipment that is at its end of life, materials and work necessary for the following: Public Works Wastewater Facility: Provide and install (1) Mitsubishi 15k mini-split w' ceiling cassette (SUZKA15 & SKZKF12) Existing lab 113 Provide and install (2) Mitsubishi 12k mini-split w' ceiling cassettes (SUZKA12 & SLZKF12) Existing control room 108 & Existing office 114 Provide and install (3) Mitsubishi controllers Provide and install refrigeration piping Provide and install condensate drains Provide and install stands for rooftop outdoor units Provide and install ERV ducting (connect to existing ERV) Provide and install diffusers for ERV Demolition in mechanical room and overhead ducting as necessary Rebalance ERV system after addition
