Project no- 21-5-1 All technical specifications are found in the plans, drawing notes, and documents prepared by Gary Hunt, Architect, P.C. or provided by the Owner as part of the Request for Proposal for the Oneida County Courthouse Elevator Addition. The bidder shall be familiar with the below specifications and the project shall completed by bidder following the specifications and requirements thereof, and shall review each of the following documents and prepare their bid based on the requirements, specifications, drawing notes, and details listed therein. The completion of the project shall comply with the specifications in the following documents, unless written permission is otherwise granted by Owner.
