Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in St-Nazaire-du-Lac-St-Jean, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 6,000-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; 3,800-square-foot parking garage; for site work for a fire / police facility; and for the demolition of a fire / police facility.
Construction of a municipal garage and a fire station grouped together and on the site of the current municipal garage. The project consists of, but is not limited to the demolition of the current municipal garage, building of a new building bringing together the municipal garage and the fire station according to the preliminary project study carried out by the firm Pole architecture as well as all other related work. TIMELINE: Project is included in the capital plan for 2026-2028. Construction is scheduled for 2028. Tender and construction schedules will be established once approvals from the Quebec Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing are in place. Further update in late 2026.
