This project consists of the construction of alterations and additions to the COB Emergency Services building, including site work, utilities and utility connections. The project includes five prime contracts: General Construction, Electrical, Fire Protection, Mechanical and Plumbing. Please note, bidders proposing to submit a bid on this project are required to be pre-qualified in accordance with Ordinance 162, by submitting a Contractor Responsibility Certification Form at least 14 calendar days prior to the specified bid submission date. Ordinance 162 and the Contractor Responsibility Certification Form are included in the bid package.
