Bids must provide affirmative confirmation that the contractor is capable of completing this project by this date. The Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission is requesting a bid to furnish all labor, equipment, services, and material (including water) to plug 6 oil and gas wells, located in Park County, WY. The wells are located near Clark Wyoming. The projected start date is March 1st, 2022 as weather permits and required completion date is August 1, 2022. Variances to the start/completion date may be granted by the WOGCC for good cause. The State of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or technical defect in the bids, or to award the purchase order or contract in whole or in part, if deemed to be in the best interest of the State to do so. The A&I Procurement Office will award the purchase order or contract to the firm determined to have the most responsive and responsible proposal by the requesting agency.
