work consists in general of modifications to meet current ADA and gender equity standards. Ramps for handicap accessibility, sleeping quarters, locker room changes to unisex and ADA compliance. Toilet changes to unisex and ADA compliance. Kitchen/dining changes to ADA compliance, breezeway, engine room epoxy flooring and drywall repair. Possible alternates for replacing roofing. Demolition of entire roof and insulation. Installation of R30 simple-saver system over exposed areas, bag-n-sag system over concealed areas, install 3" trapezoidal roof panels, replace windows to include all associated interior/exterior repairs.
